Thank you for stopping by!
A little about my journey and how I became Happily Heather!
In 2002 I had some monumental things take place in my life. I became a MOM and I was introduced to scrapbooking. The first event was slightly more life changing than the second but they both make me who I am today!
This is Jaydon, born in 2002. Jaydon LOVES riding dirt bikes, watching baseball, tinkering on his trucks and listening to music. Becoming a Mom was the reason why scrapbooking was so important to me. The reason that I joined a company that sold scrapbooking supplies. And then life got busy…
4 years later along came Trenton. A boy that to this day is knows just how to tug on his Momma’s heart strings. He is our athletic boy! Loves Baseball with a passion, dirt bikes, and plays the trumpet and tuba currently. He also has an electric guitar that he is teaching himself to play.
Then about 2 1/2 years after Trenton we welcomed Bolton into our family! He is our big heart fella with a LOVE for animals! He is our little farmer boy and has a love for Chickens and Cows and basically any farm animal. He would love to get a goat sometime soon too?!?
Our family was not complete quite yet. When people asked if we were hoping for a girl, we would always answer “It would be nice, but as long as our baby is healthy we will be happy”. Then they would ask, if it is not a girl will you try again… NOPE! 4 is 4 and 4 is what the Lord has blessed us with. So in 2011 we welcomed this precious spitfire! A girl that will grow up fiercely loved by 3 older brothers that will protect her. A girl who keeps up with her brothers on dirt bikes, on the baseball field and who loves animals (especially horses) and reading!
and scrapbooking went to the side. I still have pictures upon pictures boxed up and ready to add to scrapbooks. Fast forward 5 years later. I no longer have the desire to put the pictures in the scrapbooks.
The hubbs and I opened our business to the public – full time job for me
I quit the scrapbooking company to focus on the business
Joined Chalk Couture for the craft supplies at a discount because I missed being crafty and we had scrap wood that I could use to make signs and more!– sales happened and team grew!
Husband had a health scare and we put the business up for sale
Chalk Couture became my full time job!!!
Found a home in Montana and decided to move from the PNW (where we both were born and raised) -Moving June 2019
And phew, you are caught up! So here we are today… 4 kids, husband, starting fresh in a new place, business, and most importantly God!
